Public education has drastically changed for students of the 21st century.  This change has happened at an alarming rate.  Students of today are required to analyze, synthesize, and create innovative work and ideas that fit in our drastically changing global community.  While many educators consistently talk about much needed change in our schools today, I am passionate about inspiring the needed change.  We can talk about the change all we want, but the best way to bring forth change is to be the change that you want to see in public schools.  I lead by modeling the change that is needed.
